ImperialeCase is the trading name behind this website, an online destination for phone cases operated by FUTUREWAVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under Company Number 77242548. Wherever these Terms of Service use the words "we," "us," or "our," they refer to ImperialeCase and, as the context requires, the company behind it.

Access to this website — its catalog, checkout process, support channels, and any other content made available here — is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Service together with the additional policies posted on the Site.

Browsing the Site or placing an order with ImperialeCase means you accept these Terms in full. Anyone who does not agree with them should discontinue use of the Site and refrain from purchasing.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

Placing an order or otherwise using the Site requires that you have reached the age of majority where you live, or that you otherwise hold the legal capacity needed to enter into a binding purchase under the law of your jurisdiction.

Should you register a customer account, you agree the details you supply will be truthful, current, and complete. Keeping your login credentials secure is your responsibility, as is any activity carried out under your account, to the extent the law allows.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

ImperialeCase offers phone cases designed for the specific device models shown on each product listing.

Every effort is made to keep descriptions, photography, color options, fit information, materials, measurements, and other listing details accurate. That said, screen calibration, ambient lighting, and the device you are viewing from can all make colors, textures, and finishes look somewhat different than they do in person.

Before finalizing a purchase, it is up to the customer to confirm the listing matches what they need — in particular the correct device model, color, and variant.

Designs, stock levels, specifications, and pricing are subject to revision at any time, and a given case or variant may be limited or withdrawn from sale where circumstances call for it.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order through ImperialeCase constitutes an offer on your part to buy the phone case or cases selected, not an automatic acceptance on ours.

We retain the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or scale back any order when reasonably warranted — for instance where a listing or price error occurred, stock ran out, a payment could not be verified, fraud is suspected, an order duplicates another, or the Site or a promotion appears to have been misused.

An order becomes final once payment clears and a confirmation notice has gone out.

Should an order be canceled after payment was already taken, the corresponding sum will be returned to the payment method originally used.

We may equally restrict orders that appear, on reasonable grounds, to be intended for resale or another commercial purpose rather than ordinary personal use.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Except where noted otherwise, all prices on the Site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Any relevant taxes, delivery fees, or additional charges are shown or worked out at checkout, ahead of the point where the order is finalized.

Customers must supply correct billing, delivery, and payment details, and by entering a payment method you confirm you are entitled to use it for the purchase.

Checkout runs through secure processors, among them Shopify Payments where applicable; ImperialeCase itself never keeps a full record of your card number.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ImperialeCase ships to addresses within the United States only.

The available shipping options, their cost, handling time, and expected transit windows appear at checkout and are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

Quoted delivery windows are estimates only; carrier delays, extreme weather, public holidays, incomplete or incorrect address details, unusually high shipping demand, and other factors beyond our reasonable control can all push delivery later than expected.

It falls to the customer to enter complete and correct shipping information at the time an order is placed.

Consult our Shipping Policy for the current list of shipping methods, their costs, processing windows, estimated delivery times, and any applicable restrictions.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Anything purchased from ImperialeCase is governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Qualifying phone cases can be sent back within the 90-day return period, provided the conditions and steps that policy sets out are followed.

We recommend reading that policy in full before starting a return or exchange request.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except where stated otherwise, everything published on the Site — copy, imagery, logos, photography, product write-ups, layout and design choices, icons, and any other material — belongs to, or is used under license by, ImperialeCase, FUTUREWAVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, or the relevant rights owner.

This material carries the protection of applicable intellectual property law.

Copying, redistributing, altering, republishing, reselling, licensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting protected Site material without our consent, or the appropriate written permission where one is needed, is not permitted.

All third-party trademarks, brand names, and other proprietary marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site runs on infrastructure provided by Shopify, which powers our storefront and enables purchases to be completed online.

Additional outside vendors may support functions such as payment handling — including Shopify Payments — along with order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, marketing, transactional email, customer care, security, and fraud screening.

These outside vendors act under their own terms and privacy practices, and where you deal with one of them directly, their policies may apply alongside ours.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent the law allows, the Site and the services connected to it are furnished on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We cannot promise the Site will operate without interruption, free from every security risk, punctually, or free of all error.

Any warranty or consumer protection that the law will not allow us to disclaim or narrow continues to apply in full.

Nothing stated here is meant to cut back on statutory protections that customers are entitled to under consumer protection law.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

So far as the law permits, neither ImperialeCase nor FUTUREWAVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, nor either one's directors, officers, staff, contractors, affiliated companies, or service partners, will answer for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses tied to use of the Site or our services.

These limits apply strictly within what the law permits.

Nothing here removes or reduces liability where the law forbids doing so, and no part of these Terms cuts down mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot be given up.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

Where the law permits it, you agree to defend and hold ImperialeCase, FUTUREWAVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, and their respective directors, officers, staff, contractors, and affiliates free from claims, liabilities, losses, or reasonable costs stemming from your serious breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or violation of another party's rights.

This commitment holds only to the degree it can be enforced under applicable law.

SECTION 12 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or end access to the Site or any connected service when reasonably justified — for example where someone seriously breaches these Terms, behaves fraudulently or abusively, tries to compromise Site security, or otherwise uses the Site unlawfully.

Ending or limiting access will not affect rights or duties tied to orders completed beforehand, so long as those rights or duties still apply.

Any clause meant by its nature to outlast termination will keep applying.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by, and will be read according to, the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law or statutory right that may apply to you based on where you live.

Nothing here is meant to strip away consumer rights that the law does not permit to be waived or limited.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect developments in our business, the Site, our services, policy updates, legal obligations, or operational needs.

Whatever version is current will be posted here along with its "Last Updated" date.

Any revision takes hold from the date it becomes effective, subject to applicable law.
