ImperialeCase currently delivers exclusively within the United States. Before completing checkout, every customer can review the specific shipping methods on offer, their associated cost, and the projected delivery window tied to that order.
Once placed, an order moves through our domestic fulfillment network and is handed to a national or regional carrier partner for final delivery, with the exact carrier depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

Customers shipping to an address within the United States can choose from the following options at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping — offered at $0.00 USD, included automatically on every order
- Insured Shipping + Priority Processing — available for a flat $4.95 USD
- Priority Express Shipping — available for a flat $9.95 USD
Selecting either Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping moves an order ahead in our fulfillment queue and adds shipping protection coverage for that shipment.
Whichever method a customer chooses is recorded and stays visible within the order confirmation and account order details.

These windows are projections rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Once tracking details exist for a shipment, we make them available through the applicable shipping confirmation notice or the customer's own order record.
A freshly generated tracking number can take a little while before the carrier's own system shows movement, so allow some time after dispatch before expecting an update to appear.

We are presently unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any other location outside our supported delivery network.

Lost or Damaged Packages

ImperialeCase stands behind every order with a 90-day return period. You're welcome to request a return any time up to 90 days from the date your order shows as delivered to the address you gave us at checkout. Whatever the reason a case doesn't work out, the steps below walk through what qualifies, how the process runs from start to finish, and what to expect along the way.
This applies to phone cases bought directly from ImperialeCase.
Eligibility for Returns
We'll take back both defective and non-defective phone cases once the conditions below have been met, regardless of the reason behind the request.
Before a return can be approved, the item must meet every one of these conditions:
- The phone case has to be unused and still in its original condition.
- It needs to ship back in its original packaging, so please keep the box and any inserts until the return is complete.
- You'll be asked for proof of purchase or a valid ImperialeCase order number.
- The request has to be sent within 90 days of delivery.
- A return authorization from us is required before anything is shipped back.
Anything sent back ahead of that authorization risks being refused or held up in processing, so please wait for our confirmation first. Meeting each of these conditions from the outset helps our team move your request along without unnecessary delay.

Return Shipping Costs
For a standard return — say, a change of mind or ordering the wrong option — the cost of shipping the item back falls on the customer. This keeps the process fair and consistent across every standard request we receive.
If your case turned up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out and we'll look into it. Once that's confirmed and the return is approved, ImperialeCase takes on the return shipping cost instead of the customer.
Hold off on shipping anything until our support team has sent over the return instructions, since packages sent ahead of that step can be delayed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We recommend giving your case a quick check as soon as it arrives, before it gets used.
If it turns out to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into it while the details are still fresh.
When you reach out, include your order number and a description of the problem. We might follow up asking for photos or other supporting details so we can confirm what happened and work out the right fix for your situation.
Once our team has reviewed everything you've sent, we'll let you know the next steps and how the resolution will proceed.
Non-Returnable Items
A few things can't be sent back under this policy:

Refund Timeline

Most inspections wrap up within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned case.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of that approval being confirmed.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a bit longer after that for the funds to actually show up in your account, since that final step is outside of our control.

Exchanges
An eligible case can be swapped for another within 90 days of delivery, as long as it meets the same conditions listed above for standard returns.
To set up an exchange, email support@imperialecase.com with your order number and details of what you'd like to switch to instead.
Once we approve it, we'll walk you through sending back the original case and getting the replacement item on its way to you.
What we're able to offer depends on current stock and model availability at the time of your request. If your preferred pick isn't available, our team will go over the other options we can offer.
